About this role

This role joins the MBPS Advanced Analytics team to support analytics-enabled initiatives by developing, delivering, and managing data analysis and models that address defined business needs. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to execute analytics tasks across various customer lifecycle use cases while mentoring junior data scientists. Participants will gain hands-on experience with real business data, established processes, and end-to-end solution delivery to produce actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement analytics-enabled solutions to improve business processes
Manage end-to-end analytics projects of moderate to high complexity
Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business recommendations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data sources and needs
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists

Qualifications
