About this role

The role leads the development of a system that transforms raw telemetry into actionable insights using automation and scalable MLOps principles within a multi‑product SaaS environment. It focuses on building and deploying predictive analytics models for PQL scoring, expansion modeling, and churn prediction, and works closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to turn insights into business actions.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy end-to-end ML models for PQL scoring and churn prediction
Build and maintain MLOps pipelines with dataset versioning and automated retraining
Collaborate with product and data engineering to define telemetry schemas and data contracts
Own model observability by creating dashboards and leading incident response
Standardize analytics frameworks by developing reusable dbt data models and managing experiments
