Day Treatment - Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in a day treatment program at Family & Children’s Center, focusing on developing skills in coping strategies, crisis de-escalation, and behavior management for youth with mental health or substance use challenges. Interns will work under clinical and program supervision, applying academic knowledge in a direct care setting while learning to document client interactions in the organization's EHR system. The role provides mentorship, training, and opportunities to participate in team meetings and client evaluations.
