DC Organizer

The DC Organizer will grow the National Domestic Workers Alliance's base of domestic workers in Washington DC, develop member leadership, and represent the organization in local coalitions and campaigns. This role focuses on increasing compliance with DC labor laws and advancing workplace standards through grassroots outreach and legislative efforts. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement with significant time spent in the field across the DMV area.
