Care in Action
The GA Basebuilding Organizer will deepen and expand the Georgia organizing program by recruiting new members, primarily agency-employed home care workers and family childcare providers in the Middle Georgia area. The role involves cultivating new worker contacts into members, supporting existing membership leadership, and coordinating outreach and recruitment systems. This position also supports program and campaign implementation by planning membership meetings and activating members in campaign activities.
We are a nonprofit group dedicated to fighting for dignity and fairness for domestic workers, most of whom are women of color and immigrant women.
