Dealer Network Growth Manager

Responsible for executing JCB North America’s dealer network growth strategy across a defined geographic region, focusing on identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing dealers to expand the company's presence in Agriculture and Construction Equipment markets. The role involves managing end-to-end dealer onboarding, driving performance improvements through KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support dealer success. This position requires building strong relationships with dealer principals and conducting regular business reviews to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
