About this role

The Dean of Culture at BRICK Education Network is responsible for fostering a positive, restorative, and achievement-oriented school culture for K-12 students. The role centers on student identity development, trauma-informed practices, and social-emotional programming integrated throughout the school. This position involves close collaboration with school leaders, culture and operations teams, and community partners to ensure a supportive environment for students and families. The Dean also serves as a mentor and point of support for students, particularly those needing more intensive social-emotional or behavioral interventions.
