About this role

The Dean of Culture at BRICK Education Network leads the development of a positive, restorative school culture that supports students’ academic and social-emotional success. The role focuses on student identity development, trauma-informed practices, and social-emotional learning across the school. Working closely with school leaders and the culture team, the Dean uses data and evidence-based strategies to shape climate, behavior expectations, and student supports. This position is based in a K-12, urban school environment within BRICK’s holistic cradle-to-career ecosystem.
