East Harlem Tutorial Program (EHTP) is a community-based nonprofit that provides academic enrichment, individualized tutoring, and college- and career-readiness services to students in East Harlem. Through after-school and summer programs, small-group instruction, and test-prep and college advising, EHTP helps K–12 students strengthen literacy and math skills and build academic confidence. The organization partners with families, schools, and local groups to remove barriers to success and support higher graduation and college enrollment rates. EHTP emphasizes culturally responsive instruction and long-term, wraparound support for students in the neighborhood.
