The Dedicated Care Coordinator is a non-promotional, field-based role that supports patients' access to PDPA and VFM products by managing the entire patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up. This dual patient- and healthcare provider-facing position serves as the primary point of contact for reimbursement support, access assistance, and coverage education. The role requires end-to-end case ownership, including benefits investigation, prior authorization coordination, and compliance with safety reporting standards.
