Defense Layup Technician

The Defense Layup Technician is responsible for measuring, cutting, and applying pre-impregnated materials to tools, molds, and mandrels to create composite parts. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow work instructions to ensure parts meet customer requirements. The technician will also perform visual inspections, document material traceability data, and may cross-train in compacting and vacuum bagging.
