About this role

The Demand Planner/Scheduler translates R&D project timelines and experiment pipelines into an operational plan for the laboratory, owning demand forecasts for lab capacity, equipment, consumables, and personnel. The role builds and manages the master lab schedule, coordinates with scientists, lab managers, and procurement, and ensures resources are available to keep studies and experiments on time.
