Demand Planner

The Demand Planner develops and maintains accurate demand forecasts to drive production planning, inventory management, and on-time delivery performance. This role translates customer forecasts and order history into reliable demand signals while managing customer order entry, sublet vendor purchasing, and serving as a backup shipper. The position requires close collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager, Master Scheduler, and Inventory Planner to balance forecast accuracy and order fulfillment in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.
