Demand Planner

The Demand Planner role at Loaf is central to the Product Planning function, responsible for day-to-day forecasting, trading, and category performance analysis to drive sharper business decisions. This position involves maintaining accurate forecasts, managing range and launch planning, and overseeing markdown and stock management strategies. The role also includes supporting and developing a junior team member while collaborating across internal departments to optimize sales and stock availability.
