Demand Planning Lead

The Demand Planning Lead is a key member of the Supply Chain team at Haleon, responsible for aligning supply chains with business goals and driving collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on leading demand forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure the efficient delivery of critical KPIs across a complex network. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large data sets to support strategic decision-making.
