Department Business Manager

The Department Business Manager serves as the strategic financial and operational leader for the Security Department, directing a $73M annual operating budget and overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive reporting. This role acts as a trusted point of contact for human resources matters, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and personnel transitions, while also managing procurement, space planning, and executive support. The position operates under the direct supervision of the Chief Security Officer and Chief Information Security Officer to support strategic and operational decision-making.
