The Deployment Strategist serves as the primary technical relationship and AI advisor for Serval's largest strategic customers, guiding their deployments and shaping their AI strategy. This customer-facing role involves building AI agents, configuring integrations, and executing migration plans to drive real business outcomes. The position requires a blend of technical depth, product sense, and customer obsession to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Serval is the AI-native Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform built for the AI era. It automates employee requests, onboarding and offboarding, just-in-time access, and IT help desk resolution using AI-powered agents.
