Deputy Manager - Trims CDMM & STA

Execute trims part development (GSM, paints and polymer components) post Business Case/ROCM approval and WBS release, initiate EVOB by coordinating trims supplier panel finalization with SSU, support vendor audits, DFM and TSO closure with STA and cross-functional teams, drive RFQs, support quote evaluation, and complete quote synthesis, submit commercial proposals to SSU and enable timely VOB closure, facilitate PO and advance release for tooling and materials, jointly track FTG timelines with STA, SCM and suppliers until plant handover, and ensure achievement of MRD, QCD targets and SOP readiness for trims parts
