Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager will lead and inspire the front‑of‑house team at Upham Inns, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including people, guest experience, sales, profit, health and safety, and property. The role supports the General Manager in driving excellence and ensures standards are maintained while managing budgets, labour controls, and forecasting.
