Deputy Program Manager (DPM)

The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in managing, coordinating, and executing the Overseas Training Facilities Management (OTFM) contract for the U.S. Department of State. This role involves overseeing daily program operations, coordinating personnel and subcontractor activities, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements across multiple international locations. The position serves as a primary point of coordination between the Program Management Office, government stakeholders, and corporate support departments.
