Design Management Lead - Construction Administration

The Design Management Lead – Construction Administration will oversee the delivery of building design and construction for a Design‑Build project in the Bronx, coordinating with internal and external consultants and the design‑builder team. The role involves ensuring compliance with project requirements, managing inspections, submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and reporting progress to the NYC Department of Design and Construction. It is a full‑time position based between Manhattan and the Bronx office, with typical office hours from 8/8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
