Desktop IT Technician

The Desktop IT Technician provides first and second-line technical support for KDM's corporate network infrastructure, assisting end-users in both office and manufacturing settings. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and peripherals, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and security standards.
