Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for desktop and mobile device technology issues
Assist with laptop imaging and user onboarding activities
Support meeting room and AV technologies including Teams Rooms
Monitor and update tickets within the ServiceNow platform
Support rollout of new workplace technologies and AI-enabled tools
