Responsible for overseeing the development-to-commercialization (Dev-Com) process from receipt of prototypes and tech-packs through initial production. Ensures products meet brand and consumer requirements, are manufacturable at targeted costs and schedules, and drives continuous improvement across the Dev-Com cycle. Acts as the central point of communication and coordination among stakeholders to enable timely decision-making.
