The Development Advisory Lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Centre Group will grow the firm’s Development Advisory capability across Asia‑Pacific by providing senior technical and commercial input on data centre feasibility, due diligence, and early‑stage development initiatives. The role operates as a trusted technical and commercial counterpart to the Head of Data Centre Development Advisory and supports engagements across multiple APAC markets. This position can be based in major APAC hubs such as Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, or Bangkok.
