Development Associate

The Development Associate will support the Development team with due diligence, entitlement, and permitting activities, while gaining foundational real estate and project management experience through hands‑on training. The role involves coordinating consultant reports, preparing submittals, managing schedules and documentation, and assisting with post‑closing closeout tasks in a hybrid office/remote environment.
