The Barack Obama Foundation
The Development Data & Systems Analyst optimizes, maintains, and innovates within the Foundation’s Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring peak efficiency for data architecture, donor recognition tracking, and reporting pipelines. This role serves as the primary technical lead for the Development division's internal data ticketing system, providing technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and delivering custom reports to frontline fundraisers. The position also involves co-designing and testing new Salesforce workflows, performing database quality control audits, and serving as strategic backup for gift processing during peak periods.
The Obama Foundation is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and connecting people to change their world. It operates the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago, a campus featuring a museum, cultural programming, and civic engagement events. The Foundation also runs leadership development programs such as My Brother's Keeper Alliance, the Girls Opportunity Alliance, the Obama Leaders and Scholars programs, and the Voyager Scholarship.
