Development Director

The Development Director serves as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership for fundraising, donor engagement, volunteer engagement, and community partnership efforts. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that generates contributed revenue and deepens supporter engagement. The position acts as the organization's chief relationship builder and external ambassador, cultivating meaningful connections with major donors, churches, businesses, and community leaders.
