Development Director

The Link is seeking a strategic Development Director to join its executive team and advance its mission of supporting youth and young families affected by poverty and social injustice. This role is responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive development strategy that includes communications, marketing, and all private fundraising efforts. The position focuses on increasing annual fund revenue through segmented solicitation, prospecting, acquisition, and retention efforts.
