Development Director

Jolt is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead and elevate the organization's fundraising program, driving revenue growth through annual giving, major gifts, foundation grants, and corporate support. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to set strategic direction, manage donor relationships, and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns. The position requires overseeing a development team, managing a significant budget, and diversifying revenue sources to support Jolt's mission of increasing Latino civic participation in Texas.
