Director of Development

The Director of Development is Project Hospitality's senior fundraising leader responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive fundraising program that expands philanthropic revenue, strengthens donor relationships, and supports the organization's long-term financial sustainability. Reporting directly to the Chief Advancement Officer, this role leads day-to-day fundraising operations including major gifts, annual giving, and special events while cultivating and stewarding donor relationships. The position serves as a key member of the Advancement leadership team, executing fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
