Development Director

Jolt is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead and elevate the organization's fundraising program, driving revenue growth through annual giving, major gifts, foundation grants, and corporate support. The role involves collaborating with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to set strategic direction, manage donor relationships, and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns. This position is responsible for overseeing a development team, managing budgets, and diversifying revenue sources to support Jolt's mission of increasing Latino civic participation in Texas.
