We are seeking a senior, technically accomplished Development Lead to provide solutioning leadership across multiple Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) products and delivery teams within the DLT Center of Excellence. The role is accountable for shaping end-to-end DLT system solutions across blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, tokenisation platforms, and enterprise integrations, ensuring that product-specific designs are coherent, reusable, secure, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic technology direction. The successful candidate will partner closely with Group Architecture, Security Architecture, the CISO organisation, engineering leads, product owners, infrastructure teams, risk, and compliance stakeholders to translate business objectives and control requirements into scalable, resilient, and production-ready solutions.
