Development Manager

Nscale is seeking a Development Manager to drive the development of new AI data center sites across the Americas, advancing projects from site control through due diligence, entitlement, permitting, and design coordination to Final Investment Decision (FID). Reporting to the Director of Data Center Development, you will own assigned projects end-to-end, managing diligence, entitlements, utility coordination, and design workstreams to deliver shovel-ready, powered sites. The role involves directing external consultants, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring schedules, budgets, and risks are managed effectively to accelerate speed to market.
