Development Services Intern

This internship provides graduate students and post-graduates with hands-on experience in affordable housing development, acquisitions, and finance within the Development Services Department. The role involves analyzing real estate transactions, preparing financial models, managing development projects, and supporting financing applications and procurement activities. Interns will also conduct research, assist with policy development, and provide administrative support to the department.
