Development & Special Projects Coordinator

The Development & Special Projects Coordinator is an intermediate-level role responsible for coordinating and advancing real estate development projects and special business initiatives across the organization. The position supports project tracking, municipal approvals, documentation, research, and transaction coordination while assisting the homebuilding division with selected projects and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will take ownership of assigned matters, coordinate internal and external parties, and drive tasks through to completion with limited supervision.
