This role ensures alignment of project delivery with corporate goals for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction while fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. The position involves mentoring field and project management teams, managing operational risks, and driving financial accountability across multiple concurrent projects.
