This role leads DFT activities for next-generation products, driving architectures, methodologies, and tool flows for complex multi-million gate designs. The position involves collaborating with physical implementation and cross-functional teams to define test plans, ensure successful tapeout, and drive silicon bring-up and test program development. The ideal candidate will mentor team members and leverage strong debugging skills to resolve ATE and lab bench issues.
