Dietary Aide

This role involves performing food service duties, including resident tray assembly and preparing cold food items, snacks, and desserts for care center residents, patients, and visitors. The position requires assisting dietary cooks with food preparation, adjusting recipes to minimize waste, and maintaining strict sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP and OSHA requirements. Additionally, the role includes cleaning food contact areas, equipment, and workspaces, as well as monitoring water temperatures and managing bulk nourishment inventories.
