Dietary Cook

The Dietary Cook prepares meals in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as established facility policies. This full-time position involves reviewing menus, preparing food according to standardized recipes and therapeutic diets, and ensuring meals are served on time and in accordance with portion control procedures. The role requires weekend availability and collaboration with the Dietitian or Director of Food Services to implement recommended changes.
