About this role

The Digital Business Analyst role supports the Service Options team within CAT Digital by developing a centralized customer hub to improve service option data management for Caterpillar and its dealers. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure seamless integration of existing applications into the Service Information System. The analyst will facilitate workshops, manage backlogs in Azure DevOps, and validate implemented features against business needs.
