Digital Business Consultant

The Digital Business Consultant will drive the overall Operations Strategy by implementing new solutions, campaigns, and key transformation projects to achieve the OKRs of the Customer Operations Tribe. This role involves collaborating with Operations executives, IT Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to discover innovative solutions, optimize processes, and ensure the quality delivery of technology and procedural changes. The position requires a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities to support business goals and maximize investments.
