Digital Design Engineer, DMTS/SMTS/MTS (Evergreen)

This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality RTL for complex DRAM, memory, and mixed-signal digital blocks, driving projects from architecture through implementation handoff. The position requires owning front-end ASIC design activities, including RTL development, verification, synthesis, and timing closure to meet performance, power, and area targets. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges and improve design methodologies.
