About this role
The Director of Digital Onboarding will lead and scale Kaseya’s digital onboarding and adoption experiences across the product portfolio. The role focuses on building scalable, data-driven onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value, increase product adoption, and improve the overall customer experience; the position is based in Colombia and partners closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
