Dining Room Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the club's dining services and all food and beverage production, directly supervising managers of various outlets including the Executive Chef and Catering Manager. The position ensures high standards of hospitality, service, and cleanliness while managing staff, budgets, and revenue growth initiatives. Key duties include managing reservations, training personnel, and maintaining compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
