Dining Services Utility

The Dining Services Utility is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing, drying, and restocking plates, glasses, and silverware, operating and maintaining the automated dishwasher, and performing general cleaning of kitchen and dining areas. The role supports the Dining Services Director by ensuring equipment safety, adhering to infection control and chemical safety procedures, and assisting with storage and other kitchen tasks.
