Direct Care Specialist

The Direct Care Specialist serves as a frontline team member responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients at The Kearney Center. This role provides direct support by assisting with daily needs, connecting clients to services, and maintaining shelter operations while utilizing trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques. The position acts as a key point of contact to ensure daily shelter operations remain safe, organized, and responsive.
