Direct Care Support Staff

The role provides direct, round-the-clock support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in a residential setting, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment, medication compliance, and advocacy during medical appointments. The position works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized service plans and supports clients toward independent living.
