Direct Service Provider PT

The Direct Service Provider works with consumers daily to provide oversight in community, home, residential, or other treatment settings. The role involves assisting with self-care, mobility, and learning, as well as performing light household tasks and organizing leisure activities. The position requires accompanying consumers to medical appointments and community outings, monitoring medication administration, and documenting observations and behaviors. The provider must also utilize effective communication and de-escalation skills to ensure consumer safety and address behavioral needs.
