EdAdvance is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join its Youth & Adult Developmental Services department in Litchfield, CT. This role supports the agency's mission to promote the success of school districts and their communities through a systemic approach grounded in Connection, Culture, and Customization. The position contributes to state-wide initiatives and quality service delivery within a collaborative regional educational service center environment.
EdAdvance is one of Connecticut's six Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs). Our mission as the RESC in western Connecticut is to promote the success of school districts and their communities. EdAdvance was established under Connecticut Statute 10-66, a-m, and is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of members from local Boards of Education. EdAdvance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
